Hello Everyone,
I am running CUCM 9.1 and have a simple Hunt Pilot setup. The customer complained that when he or she does not answer the call that originated in the hunt pilot, a missed call is displayed on the phone. How do I get rid of that without losing the ability to log normal missed calls? Is it possible?
