I'm not able to subscribe extension mobility service in UDP by using BAT in CCM 6.0. I already made a template and subscribed EM to it but it took effect only in first UDP rest doesn't acquire any change.
Is there any bug in CCM 6.0 ??
Also, would like to know if there is any option in BAT to update UDP.

If you want to subscribe/unsubscribe the Extension Mobility from the IP phones, you use the update phone or update user option from the BAT tool.

Hi,
I'm having same problem. How did you get on? I can't seem to use BAT to add UDP's with EM configured on the UDP.

I do that using the following procedure:
1 - Export UDP all detais
2 - Change the necessary fields
3 - Import again to CCM, use the BAT option Updade UDP CSV File
4 - Use Insert User Device Profiles Configuration option
5 - Select the file and runs is
