Hi,

How to Use Cisco 8861 phone's Right side programmable key for Speed dial 

Left side programmable keys i am able to use for speed dial.

I am using Asterisk Server voip and i have configured phone through Asterisk TFTP boot server.

Hi Arun ,

If I understand that question right...

1. You need to be running a firmware that supports ELM  (Enhanced Line Mode)

2. Once you have that firmware loaded head to the bottom of the configurable items on the phone side of the device in your publisher and switch from Session Line Mode to ELM

3. Once that happens you then need to a softkey template that has the functions you want.

Could please help how can switch mode from SLM to ELM.

I don't have CUCM, i am using SEP.cnf.xml to change the configuration.

From device phone, its at the bottom look for "Line Mode" you have choices from Single Line Mode and Enhance Line Mode".
