I installed Cisco unity connection 7.x successfully
I can reach the webpage ( 10.10.210.13)
But after clicking on the link i receive the message
If i remove cuadmin and put ccmadmin i'm able to get to the serviceability page and activate services.
But when i go to administration webpage this will not work.
What could be the cause??
Any help will be appeciate!

Also can you access http://IPADDRESS and select Unity Connection.

Strange indeed. Tomcat is running fine and you can access all other Unity Connection pages for this one.
You have tried different browser with no luck. It is in a lab environment I would say give the re-install a go and see if that changes anything.
I have to say I am stumped.

I forgot to mention..
In vmware i already restarted Cisco tomcat services
utils service start/stop Cisco Tomcat
I even powered down/rebooted the machine unfortunately with no success

When you say that you have powered down and rebooted the machine are you refering to the workstation you are trying to access the Cisco Unity Connection Administration page or the server itself.
I get this problem alot and normally I just have to close my browser and reopen. Also I would try a different browser if you have not already.

Hi Gregory,
I tried it unfortunately with no success.
I'm afraid i have to re-install cisco unity connection.
There could be a mismatch in the username i gave while it was installing.
Strange..

Ran into the same problem on Unity Version 10.5.2.12901-1. After a reboot as previously stated I manually changed the URL from
https://x.x.x.x/cuadmin/home.do
to
https://x.x.x.x/ccmadmin
This loaded a blank page but presented the navigation pane on the top right to select the correct "unity connection administration". After logging in I was able to log out/close browsers and re-connect using my normal shortcut
"https://x.x.x.x/cuadmin/home.do"
Seems to be working fine now. I don't have to change the URL and I can connect as if the problem never existed. Very odd behavior.
