Hi,
We have a department who use a simple hunt group (CallManager 4.1(3)) and need reporting on the number of calls and number of abandoned calls that are hitting the hunt group and associated phones.
Does anyone know of how to do this simply in CallManager?
Or how about a 3rd party app?

I am not sure how much granular reporting you are looking for. But there is some basic reporting available from Call Manager CAR tool.
When you login to CAR, under CDR menu, you have option for "Route/Hunt List Utilization"

Thanks for the response, but CAR gives very limited information for hunt groups.
Any other ideas?
