Hunt group behavior with Call Waiting in UCM 7.1.5

                   Is there a way to change the behavior of a hunt group / line group in UCM such that it does not attempt to send another call to a member of the group if that member is currently on the phone?  Basically, I want members to still have the ability to have call waiting for calls that are direct to their lines, but if the call goes through the hunt group, the line group should skip members that are not idle. 

So far, when I create a line group, the calls are always directed to each member of the group as a second call if they are on an active call.  Not really what we want in a line group behavior.

what you want is not possible in a line group, even if you set the busy trigger to 2.

as a work around you could set up a 2nd line on all phones of the line group users and make this second line part of the line group as well.  I know its not fancy, but it will work.
