Hunt Group CME 8.6 Configuration

Hi!

I just installed a new CME 8.6 with 20 ephones 9621 sccp. I need to create a hunt group ringing 3 seconds and if noan or busy, ring the next one.

I followed these steps but stills fails, what could be the problem?

voice hunt-group 1 parallel

pilot 1000

list 4010, 4011, 4012, 4013

final 4013

timeout 20

I tried to with the ´noan and busy command´ but does not working. When I call to a ephone, rings and after 10 seconds tried to forward the call to the next one, but instead of do that, drop calls.

You should avoinf parallene hunt-groups as they don't work very well. Used instead sequential ephone-hunt, or shared lines.

The problem was already resolved, the pilot number must to be the same that the one I used in voice traslation-rule to receive incoming calls.
