Hunt Group Failure on Callmanager 4.1(3)sr2

I have setup a hunt group with two numbers. When I call the hunt pilot number the first extension rings but then when the Reversion Timeout (set in the Line Group) expires I get a busy tone instead of it ringing the other number. I have tried re-creating the hunt group, resetting all the resettable devices including handsets and changing the pilot number. I have also tried different settings in the Line Group configuration for distribution algorithm and hunt options - all to no avail.

I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.

What happens when you set the algorithm to Broadcast? Do both phones ring at the same time?

The lines in the group are shared - I suspect because I am using extention mobility. As far as I am aware you cannot use the Broadcast algorythm with shared lines.

We have decided to look at this another way and to hold the hunt group plan for now. I'll revisit this later on. Thanks for the comment Chris.
