Is it possible to see if any callers have been queued when calling into a hunt group?
Call taker is asking if he is able to see the queue so he'll know if he needs to finish up to take another call.
Call manager 9.1.2.12901-3

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Hi Charles,
You could set up a PLK (programmable line key)
Queue status PLK is only supported with the following LCD display phones for both SCCP and SIP protocols:
Cheers!

Appreciate it! I'll try it out Monday morning and let you know.

Something to be aware of with PLK's is that they aren't real time but rather require a manual push of the key to refresh ACD\Hunt stats.
They are also compatible with the 88xx family of phones if you have those deployed.
I use them with our 8851 phones for basic queue status.

Appreciate the info about the queue status button not being real time.
Always like to provide that type of info up front to the end user, instead of discovering it by an end user complaint.
