Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the feature "Hunt stop channel" thats available on call manager express is available on full blown call manager or if its called something else, and how do you configure it?
The reason being users are seeing 2nd calls appear on there handsets while there already on the phone. They dont want this happening and if users are alreay on the phone calls should bounce to the next person in the huntgroup.

Hi Andy,
In CUCM this is set on the DN config page under;
Busy Trigger = 1
The Busy Trigger @ 1 set here will achieve the same results as Huntstop channel
