Hi, It's Hyeonjin
Today my customer ask about CUBE session.
We've 10 session license in CUBE.
If that session(SIP Trunk) is full, I think ucm make busy tone.
So, I want modify busy tone to other media. Is it availiable?
If it is availiable, which menu modify? I couldn't find on Media Resources about busy tone.
I have checked don't modify busy tone on some documents.
Please share your professonal knowledge.

As per my knowledge we cannot change busy tone.
To achieve what you are saying we can reroute the call to UnityConnection or UCCX to play the custom outage message.
For this you need to Set Stop Routing on User Busy Flag to False
Go To Systems>Service Parameter
Set Stop Routing Parameters to False as below
Then you can configure additional Route List which will route call to additional trunk/Gateway.
If you have SIP based CUC Integration you can send it directly to the CUC or you have to loop the call back to CUCM by creating dial-peers on Voice Gateway and route to UCCX/CUC.
Thanks

Hi,
CUBE won't drop calls if you cross the license limit. That isn't yet in place.
Regarding the media, I believe the guys answered your query below.

Hi,
There is no way to change the busy tone on CUBE/CUCM. The only thing you can try is to use TCL scripts on the CUBE particularly survivability.tcl script which is already there and used in UCCE call flows to play a custom greeting when the call cannot be completed because of some reason.
https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/6131/detailed-sip-call-flow-cvp-comprehensive-model#survivablity.tcl_
You can open a TAC case and get a custom script created.
