IM&P Intercluster Sync Agent Failures

Hello,

I'm getting UC_ICSA-2-InterClusterSyncAgentSyncFailure errors between two IM&P clusters' publishers.

I looked up the error and the "fix" says the sync agent will try again every 5 minutes.

Does anyone know how to fix this?  Cisco TAC could not provide any answers.

Hi,

As per the error details, the recommended action says it will try resyncing every 5 minutes. Are you facing any connectivity issues between servers? How is it impacting to the end users?

Explanation   Cisco Intercluster Sync Agent service detected an exception.

Recommended Action   Cisco Intercluster Sync Agent service will try resyncing every 5 minutes.

You may try enabling Auto Recovery for Intercluster Peer Periodic Syncing Failure service parameter.
