IM and Presence Service Name UNKNOWN

Hi All,

 We installed IM and Presence with CUCM cluster for Finesse 12.0 Agent to Agent Chat option for PCCE 12.x setup and working as expected.

But IM & Presence second node service name status showing as UNKNOWN in Presence Topology. And when we try to stop /start service activation for Secondary node getting the below error

“Connection to the Server cannot be established(Certificate Exception)”

Please check and advise.

IM & P version : 12.5.1.11900

CUCM Version : 12.5.1.11900-146

PCCE Version : 12.0.1

This is most likely due to bad or  missing Tomcat certificate, if using self signed certs regenerate the Tomcat cert or if using signed have it signed again by your CA. Reboot the node afterwards.

We are using self-signed certificates. Where do I need to regenerate from the CUCM or IM & P node?
