Implementing SAF on CUCM Clusters

Hello,

I want to implement SAF on cucm clusters but I don't under the scenario and how will configuration be done and how did I check after configuration

Shall I configure every cucm cluster PUB as SAF Forwarder?

I revised SRND and SAF configuration document but it isn't clear to me https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/saf/configuration/xe-3s/saf-xe-3s-book/saf-configuring.html

Please, I want a clear document or video for this feature scenario and configuration

Note: I made the configuration in the guide but when I check I found

SAF has been superceeded by Inter-Cluster Lookup Service (ILS). Do not use SAF in production unless you have a corner-case that somehow precludes the use of ILS.

Thanks both for your interest but I don't want URI dialing

I just want to use SAF and CCD and I applied the configuration but when I try show commands 

show eigrp service-family ipv4 clients
EIGRP-SFv4 VR(saf) Clients for AS(1)/ID(192.168.178.125)
No Clients attached to this Forwarder

I made the configuration on two cucm test clusters but no one is active

Can anyone help me ?

I got finally the two clients registered

Is there a method to show the patterns learned on cucm or must show on RTMT ?

and Is should add manually every pattern I need to advertise ?

and Calls are done from one side only , if dialed from the other it gets fast busy tone although the learned pattern shown and all is reachable
