In CUCM cluster, is service parameter configuration applied to each server, not whole cluster?

In "enterprise parameters configuration", you can't choose which server you select, so I know the parameters are cluster-wide.

But in "service parameter configuration", you have to choose which server. Does that mean the parameters are only applied to the selected server?

When you change service parameters pretty much all of them get changed clusterwide, there are only few that change just on the server you are changing it on, such as Enable CDR. You can always view/compare service parameter values by using the upper right hand corner related actions menu.
