Inbound and outbound calls with CUCM

I have the problem with inbound and outbound calls with CUCM.

Can you please share some details in order understand what exactly is the problem

 

Call-flow ? where you phone registered to CME or CUCM, what error message you get you dial out the number?

the phone are registered in CUCM, I think they can be a config mismatch.

one thing need to confirm, is the switch type correct which needs to be same on the other side as well.
