incoming call appearing twice number in cisco 7811

this is hotel side each room we have two  two phones but when we call from one room to another room in display we  are receiving number and name twice kindly need your support to fix this issue.

Check the alerting name set for the phone line, I am suspecting it is set so,  that's why it displays twice?

> I believe you are facing this issue for internal calls only? not external, let me know if external calls are also affected?

If it is correct? then let me know :
> CUCM version?
> Is it a new setup?
> What is phone firmware?
> Have you tried reset the phone or factory reset? if so what was the outcome?

> CUCM version? 11.5
> Is it a new setup? yes
> What is phone firmware?
> Have you tried reset the phone or factory reset? if so what was the outcome? all the phones showing same i have 378 phones in hotel
