Incoming calls not ringing in- CME site

Hello,

We have a CME site with 2811 router and FXO cards. I am able to hear the ring but the phone does not ring. Internal calls work fine, outbound calls are fine. But phones not receiving inbound calls. Help please.

Can you make a test call and turn on and post the output of debug voip ccapi inout and also attach your CME config here.

I am a newbie here, FYI, our calls go through a sip trunk. I telnet into it and start the debug. After I make the call I can see nothing going on. Is there something I am missing. Please help..
