What type of PSTN connection? PRI, POTS? If POTS, add the following to the voice port config:
voice-port 0/0/0
connection plar 100 (This will be the DN that you want incoming calls to ring to)
Hope this helps.

Try changing the command to "incoming called-number ."
You can also run "debug voip dialpeer" to make sure that this dial peer is being matched on an incoming call.

do you have any other pots dial-peer?
try "debug voip ccapi inout" to find which incoming dial-peer it is matching.

Hello Michael.
Please try to change the "incoming called-number .t" to "incoming called-number .", another think that could be causing this issue its another dial-peer has been match as an incoming dial-peer please run a "debug voip CCAPI" when the call its coming into the system that will let us know which one its the true incoming dial-peer.
