Hi all,
Today i was migrating some Ip phones in my office to a new CUCM, these phones while registered with the previous CUCM displayed the correct time, when I migrated them to the new CUCM(this CUCM already haves 250+ ip phones registered with correct time displayed) the currently migrated phones are displaying the wrong time, i have configured the vlan correctly as well.
Can someone help me on this to where to check for this thing??

Try deleting the ITL files on one phone to see if that helps.

It did nit worked, I deleted it.

What is the phone model and current firmware version ?
Do you see any messages in Settings --> status messages on the phone ?

Phone models are 7961,7962,7975 all are SCCP phones
Load file for 7961 is SCCP41.8-3-2S

Was the issue with your NTP or the phone firmware?

Please cross verify the phone configuration whether the phone is picking the new cucm ip.
Also , you may try doing factory reset on a phone .

The phones are getting te new CUCM IP as well and factory reset did not helped even
