Hello
Since we have toll bypass restrictions in India we have implemented device mobility for restricting outbound calls from Jabber users when they are connected from home via VPN. regularly when they are connected to office network they will be able to make outbound calls however when they connect from VPN the outgoing calls are blocked. Now this is required as per DOT.
I would like to understand the restriction concerning inbound calls. If a user logs in from VPN and uses Jabber should he not receive inbound calls as well? as he is on an extended network should we block his incoming calls also?
Does DOT state that we should restrict incoming calls to the jabber when connected on an extended network such as VPN/WFH?
Also if the above is true how do we implement call blocking for inbound calls only when connected via VPN?
