Individual phone DN no not appearing

Hi,

I have CME with 10 phones. The problem i am facing is that, whenever i dial to any external no (be it mobile,landline) i am getting the board no instead of the DN from where the call was originated...

E.g; board no is: 04111 2200

DID: 04111 2200-10

Individual phone DN are: 2201-2210

Can someone help me in this...

How are you connected to the PSTN? PRI(T1/E1s)?

99% of the times, the PSTN is to blame

If its a PRI send me "debug isdn q931" from the GW
