Is it possible to place a comma (,) to seperate a caller id number?. I have done this with translation rules but I receive a "from unknown number" displayed on the phone display. This is probably because of this value not being in the numbering plans. is there a work around?

I may be wrong, but the comma meaning delay, is probably not usable in clid strings passed to the phone. Not sure if you would have better luck with a dash instead.

Actually, what happens is that the comma is not displayed on the main CLID field on the phone instead the unknown number thing comes up, however it is show on the bottom left corer of the phone LCD. I think its something to do with the CCM dial plans. the transformation rule works ok, but the CCM dows not recognize it.
