Installing Attendant Console on multiple PC for redundancy

Hi Guys,

Need your help on this.

Our receptionist has Cisco Unified Attendant Console on her PC and the PC seems to crash. We need to install this program on another PC for redundancy in case the PC crashes. Would this cause conflict with licensing or her being logged in on another PC? How many licenses will be utilized if we install the software on another PC as well?

CUACA licenses are for concurrent clients being used at the same time, the license is not tied to the PC where the console is.

If you have it installed on 20 PCs, but only have 10 licenses, the 11th console that tries to login, would not succeed.
