Installing UK English voicemail pack on UC540 with 7.1

Hi all

Does anyone have a guide on what files I need to install to set my unity express voicemail to UK English (automated voice says 'pound key' instead of 'hash key')

If you look int the CUE download area, British English language files are clearly indicated and accessible.

I don't have smartnet so cannot access the download area.

I've tried https://upload.cisco.com/cgi-bin/swc/fileexg/main.cgi?CONTYPES=UC500

and found the following:

cue-vm-en_GB-langpack.uc500.8.0.3.prt1

and

UC500_8.1.0_locale_en_GB.zip

But get errors when I try to install the ZIP file : 'Software Package validation failed'

The package is not damaged - I can browse the ZIP files.
