Hi, I need to integrate a CCM5.1 with a Seimens Hipath 4000 PBX. I dont have a problem if integrating in same location, but in this senario, the CCM is in one location and the PBX is in another location as shown in the attahced diagram. Please how do i go about this?

Same identical as if they were in the same location, because you will be using IP.

The only consideration to take into account when traversing the WAN is QoS configured outbound on the WAN interfaces:

* Make sure RTP traffic is placed in a priority queue

* Place your call signaling in a separate queue, but not the priority queue.  Strip the DSCP for this traffic out to the cloud if there isn't a separate queue in the provider MPLS cloud for this traffic.

If you need more details on a sample QoS for a WAN, let me know and I can provide you with a sample config.

And if you have the capacity to configure fast start (if h323) or early offer (if SIP), it would be more ideal. in scenarios with latency on the WAN links to prevent delay in audio cut-through.
