Hello,

I am in process of upgrading CUCM 10.5.2.17900-13 to 12.5.1.14900-63. Before upgrading I want run or check pre upgrade check cop file (ciscocm.preUpgradeCheck-00028.cop.sha512) but getting message as "Invalid Upgrades" Name does not match any filter pattern.

For reference please find below the screenshot of message.

Thanks

You need ciscocm.enable-sha512sum-2021-signing-key-v1.0.cop.sgn to be installed first when using sha 512 files.

Before installing the COP, Make sure you read the Release note for the below cop.

As @Nithin Eluvathingal wrote you need to add support for SHA 512 signed files for it to see these files as valid. This should be covered in the recommended reading that you should read through thoroughly before each upgrade.

This would be the list you should read through.
• Release notes
• Upgrade and migration guide
• Check OVA for changes
