IP cannot register after moving to another DHCP pool' subnet

Hi After IP phone which had worked well moved to second DHCP pool's subnet, the phone can get ip address from the second DHCP pool. but it cannot register. Then I cleared ip arp etc. but it still cannot register. IP helper-add is also configured. Anyone give some suggestion?

Can you try deleting the CTL/ITL files on the phone. Also, is the Auto-Reg enabled on CUCM and you have added the appropriate CM servers in the CM group. Did you try to register them manually and is the option 150 configured properly under the DHCP pool. Can you check the status messages on the phone to get and idea where the issue lies.

Thank you so much for your reply! I got it as the Status message shows that default gateway was wrong.
