ip communicator headset with shadowing option

hi guys,

hope someone help shed some light here. our call centre agents use ip communicator to take calls.  we are looking for a usb headset (if any available in the market)  that has the ability for another agent (trainee) to shadow. basically a headset that spits into two. one agent take the call and answer, other will listen to the call.  i was lookiing around but couldnt really come up with anything. pls let me knw if you know anything.

You can use a 2.5mm jack headset with splitter.

If you have trouble with You need to start with one of the two major headset vendors. I'll use Plantronics in this example:

• USB to Quick Disconnect (i.e. your gateway into traditional call center headset options)
• Y Adaptor Trainer
• QD Headsets

There is also a 3.5mm analog audio option; however, I would attempt to avoid that route since it isn't amplified. The sound card may not drive enough voltage/ohms for multiple headsets.
