We have IP conference station 7939 running with SCCP protocol and we need SIP for configuring with hosted exchange. Can you advice on the possibilities.

There is no 7939 to my knowledge. Are you referring to a 7937? If so, this device is SCCP only and does not support SIP.

7936 is also SCCP only. No SIP firmware for this phone.
