Dear All,
I hav tried to upgrade firmware from SCCP to SIP (non supported CUCM) in my 7940g. First i have done factory restored the device and tried to uplode the SIP firmware to it by using tftpd32. IP is assigned to my deivce from tftpd32 DHCP and then i was in the state "Phone Provisioning". Can anybody please help me on this iisue.

Hi Chaitnya,
best way to troubleshoot this is to get the pcaps from the phone. we can use the span to PC option of the Phone or we can span the switchport, to which the phone is connected so that we can see the file its is requesting and to which server it is requesting.
Please check this link also if you have followed all the steps for this.
