Run the following commands under telephony-service -

tftp-location flash:
cnf-file perphone
no create cnf
create cnf

Check if the flash has the correct SEP file or not.

If the phone still does not register, take a log for the following -

debug tftp packets
debug tftp event
debug ip tcp transactions

The phone is requesting for a signed config file -

Looking for SEP0008303167E2.cnf.xml.sgn

If you are not using a secure CME, then you need to delete the CTL/ITL files from the phones.

How can I delete those ?

I could delete.
Still same .. Keep on registering.

What do you see in the TFTP logs now ?

Do you have the ephone configured or are you trying to auto-register this ?

ephone 1
device-security-mode none
mac-address xxxxxxxxx
type 7495
button 1:1

configured like this

Run the following commands under telephony-service -

tftp-location flash:
cnf-file perphone
no create cnf
create cnf

Check if the flash has the correct SEP file or not.

If the phone still does not register, take a log for the following -

debug tftp packets
debug tftp event
debug ip tcp transactions

Thanks Nipun
It worked.
It was all about the cnf files creation

Thanks again
