Hello everyone,
I have sets of 8851 phones with bekem modules that were connected to Cisco WS-C2960 switches, where everything worked normally. The same 8851phones+ bekem module were connected to fortiswitchs M426E (POE++) and the phone was no longer able to power the module (bekem).
I have other scenarios with Huawei (S5700-52C-PWR-SI), Alcatel (OmniSwitch OS6850E-P48X)and 3com switches, in which the 8851 phone is also unable to power the bekem module.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens? Does anyone have any suggestions how to solve this problem.
Thanks.
Best Regards

Hi,
Your other switches are running LLDP, check at your phone if the LLDP is enable.
1- If is not, enable, reset the IP Phone
2 - Try to diasable the power negotiation on the iphone save and reset the IP Phone.
