after mute lit ,it did not enter reset progress, after cisco logo, it displays "big easy diagnostics", someone know about this?

Plug it in a dhcp enabled switch port with Option 150 pointing to correct TFTP and perform a factory reset as per the following

If the issue persists then phone would require a replacement.
