IP Phone 88XX series. Noise reduction

Hello. I have UC device Cisco 8841 with firmware 3CPP/MPP.

During a call, you can hear the conversations in the background very well. I set "Microphone Gain" to "minimum", but it did not help. How else can you reduce sounds in the background?

Please try upgrading to the latest to see if there is any improvements.

Updated to 11-3-5. It's much better here and that's enough for me.
