Good afternoon,
I have two 8941 ip phones connected to a 9.1 CUCM on a BE6000 as SCCP phones. I have other models and they all show the right time given by the NTP server, however, the 8941 phones are 21 minutes fast than all the other models.
The active load is sccp 9-4-2 sr2-2 and the Device pack is 9.1.2.15109-2.
Would anyone can help me where can i correct this 21 minutes difference between the 8941 model and all the other 7900, 6900 series models?
Thanks

How bizarre. Is it 21 minutes from boot, or does it drift out over time?
Is there just the one NTP server? If there are more than one, are they definitely all correct?
Is this phone in the same VLAN/subnet as the phones with the correct time?

Thanks for your reply! I found another NTP server at the same LAN this phones are. I was added recently for testing and it was over time.
Thanks for your time and support.
