IP Phone 9971 Conference

Hello

We have a few 9971/8945 IP phones and the issues, when they are in a conference call, and they get a second call, they can't add that second call to the conference.

Audio conference or video conference? Internal or external? Whats your CUCM version?

Have the phone device pools MRGLs assigned with the required media resources?

Audio calls only, Both internal or external, Cucm 10.x the device pools are ok I have the phone 7961 and they work ok.

Are you using the Join feature? What do you get when you attempt to bridge the other call?

This problem was solved? I am with the same problem with 9971, 8945 and 9951.
