IP Phone 9971 problem

I have a strange problem.

I have Cisco Ip 9971 Phone cconected to CME. It registered. Then I changed timezone and reset phone. And now it does not want to register (phone shows Unregistered state). But CME shows Registered state:

Even when I shut it down - CME continue to show the same strange status(((

Please help to troubleshoot the problem.

could you please paste your configuration and debug ccsip messages

Also try to remove sip-ua if you are using it
