Hello, I am getting a username and password Authorization when I try to unlock any Cisco Phone by hitting the **# combo. I tried entering the administrator username and password but its not going through.

Any Idea guys? I am stuck.

Thanks

Hi Fadhu,

If you go to Device > Device Settings > Common Device Profile you will see a field at the top of the screen for Local Phone Unlock Password.  You must have something set in here, you can change it to something else and use this new password to unlock the phone.

Thanks
Rob
