Hello everyone
Our CUCM is in headquarter, and our branch have voicegateway.
here is the problem :
after the branch 's voicegateway reload, all of the barnch 's ip phone can not register
and the voicegateway haven't learn ip phone 's arp
but the communication between ip phone and CUCM is ok ,and voicegateway also can ping CUCM

Hi ,
I am trying to get the relation between VGW and phones in a normal situation other than UCM down scenario. If the connectivity with UCM and IP phone is fine, then there shouldn't be any problem.

Now the ip Phone subnet is subnet A
It is strange that when I changed the IP phone 's subnet A to subnet B , they can register with the CUCM
but I can't see the difference between A and B. These two subnets both can communicate with CUCM
Subnet A 's IP pool is created by switch
Subnet B's IP pool is created by win server 2008, this ip pool do not have option 150 ,but it works
I don't fiugre out..
