Hi
My call manager version is 8.6.2
I have 7 location ,one location I couldn't change clock ,When I changed clock on the device pool,there is no change on the phone

Which phone models are involved, are they running SIP or SCCP, is the NTP reference set correctly , is the phone pulling the new config file post reset? You may try restarting the TFTP service and then resetting the phones.
