Hello,
One of the IP phones that was being used by another employee has been re-assigned to a new employee.
The display or caller id field under DN number > Line 1 areas have been changed to indicate the new
employee's name.
The IP phone has been rebooted also. However, the display on the physical phone still shows the old employee's name.
It is a 9971 phone.
Appreciate if someone can indicate how to fix this. Thank you.

Hi,
check that "Line Text Label" in Call Manager is set correctly.

Yes, that along with the ascii display etc has been correctly set.

Will reset default the settings for this user or what will doing reset from CUCM result in ?
Old name is displayed on top left corner , near a button.
