Dear All,
IP phone 7942 has stopped working, please find the attached image and suggest how to troubleshoot further.

Hi Syed,
Have you tried a factory reset of the phone? Disconnect the Power (or network cable if using PoE). Hold down the # key and reconnect power. Keep holding # until the line lights flash alternately. Let go of # and type in sequence 123456789*0#. The phone should then reset and boot from factory defaults.

Does the phone attempt to boot or does it straight away display what we see in the picture? Do you get any messages or boot process in the LCD display?
