I guys,
my cisco phone model 7945 wont boot. appear a green led on speaker but dont cross that part...
what is the cause of that problem ? what i need to solve it?

I too have two 7945s that won't boot. Tthey are stuck with a black screen and the speaker button is solid green.
Is there a fix for this?

Were these working IP phones and what is the call manager version along with existing load ?
Did u try factory reset of IP phone?Please find below URL for doing factory reset

I believe this is hardware issue. You can have TAC raised and see if RMA can be done for this.

What does this mean? "You can have TAC raised and see if RMA can be done for this." A factory reset fails.

It means the phone is dead. If you have SMARTnet maintenance on that serial number Cisco will likely replace it for you. You'll need to open a SR with TAC.
