Is anyone aware of any soluition that would provide some kind of Speech to Text / and vice versa, service for hearing impared people. This could be a 3rd party solution. Something that would allow someone to see what is being spoken real time, perhaps on a desktop application, and reply in text that would be converted to voice? I have my doubts, but any direction would be helpfull.
Thank you,

Casey,
I do not know which country you are in.
Here in the UK we have pstn service called text relay.
From a pbx phone Cisco or otherwise we can call the text relay service on this service via the 1800xxxxx codes.
For your info I am eclosing a link to the official service website

Hi Casey,
Have you found a solution to this? I am in the US and have a customer service rep who would benefit from being able to see the text from the caller show on the screen while talking with a customer.
