There is no quick/easy way, but there is a way. If you know the IP of the phone (Example 172.21.5.21)
http://172.21.5.21 from Admin workstation. Look at;
Streaming statistics
Stream Status = Active (on a call)
But the nice thing about resetting IP Phones like the 7960 is that they wait until the Active call is complete before actually resetting (unlike the Nortel) so you don't run the risk of cutting someone off in mid-call. Always a bad thing :(
