Hi guys,
We are installing IP Phone in a new customer and CUCM 10.5.
The services is OK, but we are having problem with phones by meeting room.
When users use speaker into of meeting rooms, the callers hear bad sound, like a echo.
We test with ip phones 7821, 9971,8851 and 8831 and the problem is the same. When use the phone with speaker, the other side, the caller hear like an echo.
The walls of the room all is with glass.
Please, some help,

The problem is the room itself, not the phones

The will need to turn the volume down as much as they can, and parties that are on the conference and not talking, turn MUTE on. Start with that. it is actually best practice to do this. doing this will give you the biggest wins, trying to minimize echo
