Hi,

Recently, I have this issue.

I am unable to update the changes of phones.

For example : if I want to change a name of a phone, the phone will updated awhile but will when back to the previous name physically.In the CUCM web page it shows the name changes but physically the phone is not updated. This affecting the move/change/add in the operation process.

CUCM version is a 7.1

This looks like a database replication issue..How many serves do you have..Use the procedure below to check the state of your database..

Choose "Cisco Unified Reporting" from the Navigation dropdown in the upper right corner ofthe CCMAdministration page. Then choose "Database Status Report", and generate a new report.

Can you post the output here..

NB: A replication state of 2 is what you should have, anything other than 2 suggests you have a bad database replication
