I have a user who is able to use IPC when he is in the inside network.
But when he is at remote lcoation and connecting via AnyConnect, thing doesn't work as expected.
While the AnyConnect is up, he starts IPC and it is able to register to the Call Manager. When he makes a internal call (i.e. dial by 4-digit extension), the called phone ring but the (RTP) voice is not going through.
Looking at the Call Manager, the IPC phone is registered using his external network IP address, not the AnyConnect assigned IP. This explains why the RTP is not working. But the thing I don't understand is how does the IPC client external IP got used in Call Manager.
Any ideas?
