I just started a new role in which I'm going back a few versions administrating UCM v8.5. I went to UCM>Application>Plugins and cannot find the download for the software.
Is it somewhere else?

Its not in plugins , you need to download it from the cisco web site.
I assume you mean IP communicator right?
